I have been seeing Dr Caldwell since a serious TBI and has given me great medication with horrible side effects. He keeps cancelling appointments and have been advised by the departments staff that everything has been cure including diabetes and pituitary problems for which I know there is no cure and has walked out of Western Sussex Hospitals without passing any of his patients details on and has discharged me into complete mayhem and now left it for other Doctors to clear up his mess.
