Dr D'Souza was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. She was able to offer me medication which I felt I had needed for over a year for my depression which was refused to me by my NHS GP and Psychiatrist. After 4 weeks I'm already feeling better and am back at work and completing normal daily activities. I would definitely recommend her.

I have had mental health issues for a very long time and had been 'well' for 8 years until this episode. When I first visited Dr D'Souza I felt broken and thought I was well on my way to a full on breakdown. Dr D'Souza's experience, diagnosis, kindness, support and coaching meant that by session 2 I was on my way to feeling more 'me'. I cannot thank her enough

I care for my elderly mother diagnosed by Dr D'Souza as suffering from mixed dementia. From the very outset Dr D'Souza has been welcoming, considerate and friendly to my mother and to our family. Meetings are never hurried and her judgements are perceptive and based on the careful assessment of our problems; allowing the fullest opportunity for my mother to talk about her difficulties and for us carers to contribute our views. Medication is always fully explained and options are discussed. Dr. D'Souza's advice has always been very valuable in addressing our difficulties as carers and in overcoming anxieties and disabilities that go with Mum's condition. Dr. D'Souza is always available to advise on the phone; always phoning back quickly to answer our calls. As a family we have found Mum's condition distressing and Dr' D'Souza's support has been has been invaluable. She has helped us to understand Mum's dementia. Her advice has been spot-on and given gently but with necessary firmness. I would not hesitate to recommend her unreservedly.
