At 59 years of age I am thrilled to finally have a GP who knows more about my clotting condition than I do. Dr Kassianos listened carefully to my history, read the paper notes from out-of-area GPs I've been seeing for 10-years, and guided me with his knowledge and understanding. I feel that Dr Kassianos is 'old school' and is prepared to take the time required to understand his patients' needs rather than be dictated to by legislation.
