Personally I have never had an issue with this doctor. I have found him to be both understanding and, when necessary, compassionate. He was fantastic with my mother in law in her final years and he genuinely cared about her. Always has time to listen to my concerns and to date his recommendations (and there have been many) have been spot on and I have no reason to doubt his ability to carry out his job. I have a phobia about visiting doctors but Dr Hiscock has always put me at ease.
To use a well coined phrase:-
“You can please some of the people all of the time, you can please all of the people some of the time, but you can’t please all of the people all of the time”.
