Today was my first appointment with Dr Dallas and from the minute I entered her room she made me feel very welcome and totally at ease. She took time to listen to what I had to say, fully explained what was going to happen next and asked me if I had any questions or concerns. She told me if I had any worries not to hesitate contacting her.
I would also like to say that the nursing staff in the department were also very friendly and caring.
