Having a gynae problem isn’t very nice but Dr Bano made me feel at ease. She told me what she was going to do and then while doing the procedure she spoke to me explaining what she was doing. After she reassured me what she could see was okay but I needed to wait for the results to come through . She wasn’t supposed to be my doctor that day but she came in as my doctor wasn’t available and Im glad she did .
she went through all my results and checked everything abd asked me if i had any questions .my mum was with me abd she asked her if she had any questions
Fantastic!! Totally put me at ease with everything
I can't recommend Dr Bano enough, she was caring, attentive and carried out an intervention with smoothness and success first time, she was so gentle,no local anaesthetics was needed,I saw a doctor before her and it was a horrible experience,so much so,I asked him not to organise another visit as the first attempt was unsuccessful.
Thank you so much Doctor! :)
Dr Bano took time to listen, gave excellent treatment, information and reassurance.
