I saw Emma with my partner who wanted help with depression; it had taken some time for me to persuade her to see a GP. Emma always has appointments available (I understand why now). She seemed dismissive, moreover bored. She offered my partner a blue sky leaflet... indeed rolled her eyes when I expressed my concern regarding this. My partner has recently been diagnosed with schizoaffective disorder - depressive type. It would have been really helpful if Emma has taken the consultation more seriously.
