Dr Jadon instilled confidence from the first instance. His consultation was thorough and answered all the questions I had written on a list without me having to ask them. He was able to provide a depth of knowledge that has helped me understand my nodal osteoarthritis and has advised on how to manage it in the future. He was attentive and sympathetic, providing treatment to reduce the discomfort and organised physiotherapy to help with mobility. He provided helpful literature on osteoarthritis and psoriatic arthritis as well as information on drugs available. I came away more than satisfied with a better insight into osteoarthritis. I feel much more in control knowing my limitations through understanding the condition and knowing that his door is open should I need to return. Many thanks.
