Dr Jadon asks relevant questions and listens to deliver an accurate diagnosis, shows empathy and understanding in prescribing medication and suggests ways to improve my condition. Progress seen, really happy with how things have gone since initial consultation. Appointments have never felt rushed and always put at ease. Seen within 15 minutes of appointment due time, but only just, and an apology given for being kept waiting which I hadn't expected . Not a criticism of the doctor concerned, but waiting time is definitely an area in which the NHS can improve.
