I have been seeing Dr Silver since she joined the practice and the service I receive is second-to-none!! There were times (before Dr Silver joined the practice) that the receptionist were really unhelpful and scary and you dreaded calling the surgery. I felt any Doctor I saw only ever seem to prescribe paracetamol. However, this week couldn't have been more different experience to back then. I called at 0930 to try and see if I could leave a message to speak to Doctor Silver sometime that day. The receptionist couldn't have been more kind, understanding and most importantly helpful and even went the extra mile and got me an appointment booked to see her with in the hour. When you see Doctor Silver she explain things so well and makes it clear what is going on. She doesn't fob you off (with paracetamol!!) and you always come out of her surgery feeling happier at having received such an excellent service. I also agree with one of the other comments listed here - I cant believe the way the press portray doctors in papers. I just feel very, very lucky and grateful to receive the excellent service that Staines Health Group offer. Thank you so much to everyone.
