I have moved house and now this surgery is not within the boundy to which were i have moved to i feel a little sad of having to move doctors as dr dawn taylor is the first dr ever to fully understand what i have gone through in life i have been with the surgery for 8yrs and a bit and cant think of starting again but will have to which is a big thing to me as i dont trust or appericate people fast thank you so much for all your support dr dawn taylor no one will be the same as you
