Unusually for a busy GP Dr Zemmel takes the time to listen to his patients, and has a warm sympathetic manner. I always feel reassured by his manner and that he takes my concerns seriously, reassuring me if it is something minor and with quiet competence and a genuine care for my welfare for anything more serious
