Dr Sherwell is very patient and understanding. He listens to concerns and does his best to be reassuring but is also realistic. He gives options when appropriate. He will explain things more than once if I am unclear on what he's said. Even if he is running late he still gives the time needed. He did sound weary when I saw him at the end of the week, having seen so many patients but he still didn't make me feel rushed or that I was wasting his time. The workload seems unrealistic and I am extremely grateful to have such a good doctor.
