I was very nervous before my operation however he had a kind, jovial manner and explained everything so clearly that I relaxed straight away. He explained what was going to happen and gave me the opportunity to ask questions beforehand. He was very thorough and gave clear aftercare instructions. I left feeling relieved and cared for, I would be happy to have him again if I need any more procedures!
