From the moment I walked into the consulting room Dr. Sercl put me at ease. He was friendly and welcoming and explained the procedure to me in simple terms, and both he and his nurse Grace were extremely professional. I was not sure what to expect from the procedure but Dr. Sercl's approach and manner made the whole experience much nicer than I thought would be possible.
