Dr Fox explained everything in full about the procedure during my appointment with him at Preston Hospital and this really made me feel at ease. On the day of the procedure at Wythenshawe Hospital Dr Fox took the time to speak to me and go over the procedure again. His team also made me feel at ease and they too explained their role during the procedure. Throughout the procedure everything was explained and I was given reassurance from all the team. Since my procedure I have experienced the symptom's that Dr Fox explained would occur after surgery and due to him explaining things so well I have been able to deal with them and not panic. I had my follow up appointment today and again felt very at ease. Dr Fox and his team are a credit to Preston and Wythenshawe Hospital and I am very grateful for the treatment that I have received from them.
