Dr Fox inspires trust and confidence through his obvious skill and knowledge; most importantly, he communicates in a clear, personable and reassuring manner that encourages a positive approach to a very difficult situation. My experience of other staff in his unit has been equally positive. Communication with, and by, other wards whilst patients are under the latter's care could be improved.
