My appointment was running 15 min late, I found the doctor nice, he was listening to me and gave me an advice but when I tried to talk about an other issue of mine, he said that he is very sorry but I have had only a 10 min appointment and that I need to book an other appointment regarding that problem. I tried to talk about it again and then I have been told again the same thing that I only had 10 min. It is not easy for me to book off time all the time to go and see a GP. Why couldn't he just spare a few more minutes, it is ridiculous.

Thank you for your feedback and I'm sorry that you were not satisfied. Appointment time is limited to 10 minutes per patient, and I'm sorry that I did not have the to deal with your extra problems on this occasion. I prefer to deal with each problem thoroughly rather than rush things and maybe miss important symptoms. I normally offer a return appointment to cover additional problems and if I didn't on the occasion you consulted, then I apologise.
