This doctor signed me off as seen when I had not been seen and therefore I was sitting for over an hour pointlessly waiting and it had already taken me days of complaining to even get the appointment, and being chronically Ill getting there and waiting so long was a challenge in itself. No one explained why he signed me off as dealt with when I wasn’t, I was left feeling like I should just shut up and put up and it was only because my partner insisted that I persisted in requesting to see a doctor. No one apologised for what happened. Thankfully the doctor i did finally see another week on was lovely.

Had zero idea that I, was a cancer patient, or had a heart attack, or was going through an MS diagnoses. That didn't stop him from commenting on the online booking page though. He, inferred that, I, was suggesting that I had these problems, and they were simply "anxities". Now, I'm expected to believe that the right shoulder pain, which is a common side effect of all three of my other conditions, is now something else. He also went on to say, that during my appointment, he had done the medical review that was four months over-due. This is heart medication, which he supposedly reviewed, despite not even taking my blood pressure. When one of his collegues asked me previously to purchase a blood pressure machine, so she could review my medicine. In short, this chap needs re-training and removed before he causes a serious issue.

Good GP Doctor with good knowledge in general practices, well versed in a full range of medical procedures and not frightened on listening to his patients and treating them sympathetically. Does not tolerate time wasters. Good at injecting cortisone and local anaesthetics to frozen joints and plantar fasciitis. He is a credit to Brynteg Medical Practice.
