We met Dr Ventour when Mum was admitted to ITU on a Sunday morning. He was excellent in his communication with us as family. His care, empathy and professionalism were all excellent. He was honest and gave us great comfort in the treatment that Mum received on the ITU. Fantastic bedside manner.
