when challenged with regards to a discrepancy in relation to the stated rights of patients versus perceived right to apply treatment this doctor actually said "Parliament gives me the right, take your comments there." and would brook no further discussion. Further a threat to impose a "Section 3" was also made in order to elicit cooperation with medication regime to which the Service User felt no suitable diagnostic case had been made. Heavyhanded, arrogant, aloof, showing alarmingly little empathy. I would certainly say this gentleman certainly has a problem upholding his oath as a Doctor and his duties of care as an employee of the NHS.
