I am a consultant general physician specialising in care of the elderly and stroke medicine. In addition I am the Clinical Director of Medicine in Swansea. I admit acutely ill, adult, general medical patients of all ages in Singleton Hospital where I do my oncall and I assess acutely ill elderly patients in Morriston Hospital as part of the Frail Elderly Assessment Team.
