I have met Dr Targett for the first time today and found him both attentive and caring. He took the time and discussed the care I need in great detail and in terminology which I could understand.

After phone call appointment, met Dr Targett who was extremely pleasant and listened and was genuinely interested in my case and health. Took time to explain my condition to me and answered all of my questions and concerns regarding my health and medication. He did not rush the consultation and you came away from the appointment feeling that you could trust him to make the right decisions with regard to your wellbeing.

I was supporting someone with Learning Disabilities, Dr Targett was brilliant at putting them at ease after they started to get upset reassuring them until they were calm, he also spoke directly at them in a soft gentle way, they were able to respond to his gentle bedside manner. We need more Doctors like him. Thank you Dr Targett.

He welcomed me with a smile and a firm hand-shake which immediately put me at ease He explained very clearly what was going on inside my body, having had a consultants letter with many medical terms. I was not rushed - and came away feeling happy that I could telephone him with any further questions. He administered a 'flu injection which was totally pain-free!! I had not previously met Dr Targett and first impressions were excellent.
