This lady has been my family G.P. for many years.Her personality shines through and gives a sense of security and understanding. She is the epitome of how doctors should approach their patients. I would ,and have,trusted her with my life. A great asset to the NHS.

Dr. Wickrama-Sekera stands out as one of the most compassionate and insightful doctors I've ever encountered, and she is a key reason I have chosen to remain in this area. Her unwavering dedication to patient care, combined with her deep knowledge, gives me the confidence to trust that my concerns will always be heard and addressed with the utmost care and in full confidence. Dr. Wickrama-Sekera has not only empowered me to openly discuss important aspects of my health but has also ensured I received the timely support I needed, something I would have struggled with had it not been for her guidance and supportive nature. In my opinion she is a true role model in the medical field, setting I believe a standard for other GP’s to aspire to. I am profoundly grateful to Dr. Wickrama-Sekera for the continual and lasting impact she has made on my life and health, through every interaction. A very pleasant approach and a reassuring confidence in what she does. I was pretty uneasy as I was there to discuss some out-of-range blood results but my concerns were very soon allayed and got clear information on what the options were and what is to be done going forward. If this is how Dr Wickrama-Sekera manages appointments with all patients then she is a definite asset to the practice.
