. We met Dr Charlotte Westbury and her nursing team today at Hillingdon Hospital. We did have to wait an hour for our scheduled appointment but when we did get in to see her we had a an un rushed appointment where we had plenty of time to ask anything we needed.
Dr Charlotte Westbury was kind, empathetic and patient. Explained everything about the treatment pathway and all the support services available to us.
Listened to us and answered our questions and concerns
Gave us a list of contacts should we have further concerns before our next appointment
