I could not book an appointment for a week or so when I initially came in to the surgery, however, the receptionist took all of the detail I gave her and within a few hrs Dr Astin called me back to advise she would like to see me after reading through my notes. She told me she had an appointment opening in the afternoon, which I could attend. My appointment was quick but thorough and I left with a course of treatment and feeling reassured about my condition.
