From my initial consultation, I felt that Dr Chalil listened to me and understood the problem right away. He took time to explain my options and what the next steps would be. He is a genuinely caring person and I have never met a doctor quite so enthusiastic about his work. Before, during and after my procedure he took the time to ensure that I was aware of what was going on and did his utmost best to make me feel comfortable, both physically and mentally throughout. It was obvious that he works well with his colleagues and staff which made the experience that much more comfortable. Afterwards he was reassuring and again made sure I was fully informed of exactly what had been done.
