All of the GP's at the surgery are great, professional, approachable but Dr Richards really stands out for me. There is something about her that I just can't quite describe. She has an excellent manner, I feel like she is very experienced and skilled but also that she cares, it makes a real difference.
A friend of mine, who used to live in the area, also went to the practice and would always try and see Dr C Richards. With her then baby daughter she really respected and trusted her advice and diagnosis.
