As usual fantastic support- from Dr Warrilow's telephone consultation with a prompt follow up appointment with Dr Ward. Dr Ward was very pleasant, professional and took the time to make sure everything was okay with my daughter. I made an emergency appointment at Charing Surgery for a deep shin wound late on 2nd Oct 2015 and was quickly seen by Dr. Sarkar who asked Dr. Warrilow for advice. Dr. Warrilow was very reassuring, and proceeded to anaesthetise prepare and stitch, and then dress the wound. He prescribed the necessary drugs, took time to explain fully how I should avoid aggravating the healing process, and provided me with what I needed until the pharmacy opened the following day. I was most impressed with his care and his expertise - it was obviously a very difficult task, completed with tremendous skill. I could not have asked for better treatment and felt complete confidence in both doctors and the decisions they made. The situation is now being well monitored at the surgery, where I have been extremely impressed with the professionalism of all the staff. Thank you so very much.

A truly caring surgeon with an upbeat attitude. Great at explaining procedure and caring when removing a crusty mole growth, A pleasure to have been treated by him. I cannot believe greater service could have been given.....
