Bill fully explained what my lump was and how it was caused and the procedure,he and his colleague were going to do to remove it.. The procedure was pain free. 23/8/2017 I had a lump removed on my neck and Dr.Warrilow and his assistant could not have been more informative, reassuring or competent in the whole procedure. It was late afternoon when I was treated yet he was still showing the level of enthusiasm and level of alertness usual expected early in the morning. A thoroughly competent and professional experience which could not be improved in any way.

I had a minor opp. to remove a lipoma on my back, before I knew it, the opp was all over, this was helped by bill talking to my wife and myself during the procedure which put me at ease.

Outstanding professional care was given to me today by both Bill and Susannah Warrilow. They were an efficient, informative, friendly and dedicated team, who removed a lump on my left temple quickly and painlessly, as well as removing part of a catheter from the back of my left hand - a legacy from an operation performed elsewhere earlier in the year. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending their impressive care to those who require the very best attention to detail.
