I was at his surgery on Nov 5th and was greeted with a smile and a friendly conversation. He then explained about the two procedures I could have on my left-hand index finger. I chose one of them and had a local anesthetic. All the while he was explaining what he was going to do and what to expect with a relaxed manner. This made me feel confident and at ease with him. After the procedure he went through the after care of my finger and asked me if I had any questions and those I asked he answered professionally and reassuringly. I would highly recommend Dr. Bill Warrilow for his expertise, professionalism and the way he puts you the patient at ease. From a first time patient.

This doctor is the best I've ever met. He has tremendous knowledge, has a calming reassuring manner and listens. He took time to examine me, explained everything to me and then showed me a model of the muscles and joint. He was very professional and reassuring.

I saw Dr Warrilow on 5 November. He explained the procedure, and any alternatives, clearly and concisely. He also did a drawing so I was in no doubt as to what the procedure entailed. He gives you all the information about what will happen after the procedure (what you can/can't do, stitches out etc). He asks if you have any questions or concerns and also advises which option he believes is best for you - but the decision is yours to make. He has a wonderful calming manner that makes you feel totally at ease from the minute you walk in the door. Dr Warrilow is professional, patient and caring, and with his wife (also Dr Warrilow) who assisted him, they make a wonderful team that the NHS can be exceptionally proud of. We are very fortunate to have such a wonderful doctor at our surgery. Thank you Doctor!

I don't think my experience could be improved. I never felt rushed and felt that I was given a very clear explanation about my condition and about the procedure. An alternative was also clearly explained, as were possible outcomes. The procedure was never uncomfortable, and remarkably quick. I was given precise information about the time scale for the next stage. I was made to feel extremely comfortable throughout. Thank you very much for a good experience, as always, from Dr. Warrilow.
