Dr Bill Warrilow is a superb and wonderful doctor, professional, efficient, clear in his explanations - he took the time, trouble, energy to explain all that he was doing. He put me totally at ease. I never felt the injection: such light and gentle hands. He showed a wonderfully caring, kind and calm attitude. It was a blessing to see him and to have him looking after me. I am so lucky and privileged. He made being at a clinic a lovely experience. His assistant nurse was also lovely and wonderful. A most pleasing experience. It was a pleasure to be treated by Dr Warrilow and his assistant today. He is a breath of fresh air and I would recommend him wholeheartedly and would advise any new trainee GP, GP or consultant to take a leaf from his book. HUGE THANK YOU.

Dr Warrilow at Charing Surgery carried out a minor surgery on my arm with the support of a nurse by removing a lump on my upper arm. It was completely painless and my recovery is progressing well. He was professional at all times and I had plenty of chance to ask questions all of which were answered fully. Highly recommended Doctor.
