I was treated with respect and patience. The procedure was explained fully prior to the operation and at the time of operating. I felt reassured and at ease and both the Dr. and his assistant were friendly and chatty. The operation went smoothly and aftercare was explained clearly. I would be very happy to visit his surgery again for further surgery if it was required.
