I was greated in a friendly way by Dr Warrilow, before a minor procedure I was having. He immediately put me at ease, explaining clearly about what was happening. He chatted to me throughout the whole procedure which made me forget about feeling nervous. He was totally professional and knowledgable, answering all my questions. My aftercare was explained also and I felt very happy about the whole experience. His caring compassion was very much appreciated. Thank you also to his assistant Suzanne.
