Dr Jeffs sent me details of a, historical, blood test result which was relevant to my long term condition. Unfortunately, the details Dr Jeffs sent me were in contradiction to the test result that I had record whilst in a consultation with another doctor.
I have made a complaint and have drawn Dr Jeffs attention to the conflict of information. He has, over several months, failed to address this situation satisfactorily and so it makes me wonder how many more 'conflicting' blood test results he deals with in an unsatisfactory manner.
