Have to wait over 2 weeks for an appointment, at the appointment the surgery was running at least 40 minutes late and when I am seen it was rushed and with little ‘bedside manner’ You get the impression that Dr Patil would rather be anywhere else other that dealing with your problem. Maybe if she employed 2 other doctors the waiting time and delays would be reduced and would give me an option of seeing a doctor who actually took an interest in my health.

The Doctor lied to me about the medication I had been taking advising that they are not issued without a specialist prescribing them. The specialist then wrote to the practice saying that this was not true. The practice lost our files and refused to prescribe as there were no notes. When I advised that I can't be taken off these tablets and that she needed to refer to her notes was how after 4months we found out that the notes were lost. My husband is a stroke patient and she was making it hard for him to get life supporting medication and if you reject what she says protecting your health she then doesn't talk to you. Too stressful going to this Dr and I am going to change Doctors.

I took ill on Wednesday 5th November, Dr Patil, the nurse and Sarah the receptionist went beyond the call off duty with me.. They were absolutely fantastic got me into a room and did loads of tests. They kept me there till I was feeling better even though it made them all late with the rest of the patients.. The care I received was outstanding I can't say Thank you enough for everything you did for me. Yes I know its their job but they really did go beyond the call off duty
