I don't generally have much good to say about Endocrinologists as they, in my experience, don't offer much in the way of treatment for thyroid patients. A complex endocrine disease with one pill offered, Levothryoxine puzzles me. There are more drugs on the NHS for Athlete's foot. However, after years of ill health under the 'care' of one Endo, I was sent to Dr Mukhopadhyay by my ENT doctor and I found him patient, kind and, most importantly, he didn't dismiss my symptoms as not thyroid related, something my old Endo did.
