An empathetic and understanding doctor who takes the time to genuinely listen to you and your experiences. Takes the time to communicate the treatment plan with you and adapt as required. Unlike many other doctors, he doesn't dismiss a young, mentally ill woman's pain as just 'stress' and truly takes the time to find the root issue. The best doctor I have seen, I leave the clinic feeling understood and hopeful.

Dr Malaviya has helped me so much after being let down by the NHS, making my life bearable again. He listens and gives full explanations at all times. A consultation invariably leaves you feeling much better and in control of your disease. You are always treated as a person, not a number or problem. If only all doctors could be like him.

Dr Malaviya is a superb doctor. Always listens to everything you have to say and constantly takes everything into account. Really kind and helpful, he was the only one who helped me with my back problem after no one could figure out what it was. I would really recommend Dr.Malaviya to everyone and in his care you’re in great hands.

A doctor who cares!! I guess that should say all but not quite...there's is so much more. Dr. Malaviya is everything that a doctor should be, with a moral compass based on the Hippocrates oath he sees his patients us people, human beings behind all the charts and blood tests. He runs his clinic not as a business but with genuine care, understanding and most of all with time. He always has time for all the questions, doubts and concerns explaining everything to the smallest detail. He knows how to listen to his patients and there's always words of comfort together with a smile. He is always available to listen and no question is too much. When my daughter felt him and was admitted in hospital for a week, he was the one I turn to. In the hospital, no one seemed to have a proper diagnose or a solution apart from giving her morphine like it was candy canes to keep her pain-free and I was in despair and my own condition aggravating with all this situation. Dr. Malavya took his own time to saw her and evaluate her situation and has been her doctor since. She is now a 20-year-old girl able to manage her condition, with ups and downs of course but all under control with no more admissions in hospital. I did trust him my daughter and I would trust him with my life. Without a doubt, one of the bests around and I'm one of the lucky ones to benefit from his knowledge and his exceptional care and so is my daughter. Monica

Dr Anshuman was calm, poised and professional in his approach. He was passionate about his subject and very knowledgeable. Dr Anshuman was keen to show how my condition could be managed, not just in the immediate but also for the long term, this approach gave me a great deal of reassurance. Options were clearly discussed and the underlying problem and analysis explained in a way that I could understand. He is a very effective listener and communicator. I cant think of anything to improve upon, this consultation was the best I have had from either the private or public sector.
