After being misdiagnosed by my previous G.P. and getting no help from him at all. In desperation after three years of being very ill and getting nowhere I transferred to Ambrose Avenue Surgery because I had heard good reports about it. I was allocated to Dr Soares she is the kindest most understanding helpful G.P. that you can ever wish to be treated by. She puts the health of her patients first and has supported me fully during the time I have been treated by her. Referring me to numerous consultants who sadly did not diagnose my condition. Not ready to be beaten and in no way ready to give up Dr Soares thankfully referred me to a likewise thinking consultant neurologist Dr Sherief. Who was able to diagnose my condition. They are both two of the kindest most helpful people that you could wish to know. My family and I are eternally grateful. I and my family of four have always been able to get appointments either the same day or the next day if not. All of the G.P.s and staff including Wendy Moore Dr Soares secretary are exceptionally kind and helpful. I would thoroughly recommend Ambrose Avenue Surgery. It was the best move are family has made. My thanks go to all of them Sue Todd
