Shockingly bad doctor. Failed to mention a surgical error in my dad's medical notes leading to him not being able to work as the condition ŵorsened and he got no appropriate treatment for it. Broke Mental Capacity Assessment guidelines to prevent me from looking after my finance's at aged 78 with early onset of dementia.
