I had to wait 10 -15 minutes for my appointment and I was ready for evasive tactics that I have experienced with other GPs at this surgery when I have previously asked for advice or information.
Dr Woodhatch listened, understood my wish to be proactive about my own health and immediately agreed to my request for a referral.
I was in and out in less than 5 minutes but I achieved what I wanted with minimum fuss.
