Dr Andrew Sherley-Dale is an excellent doctor who really listens to his patients. I recently had surgery by him to remove a cancerous mole. He personally telephoned me to advise that my punch biopsy was positive, and he would be performing the surgery soon, and that I would receive an appointment letter in a couple of days. On the day of the operation he took great care to put me at ease prior to the surgery. When I was concerned about the scar, after an unfortunate accident, I telephoned the hospital and was able to speak to him. He was very obliging and agreed to see me that morning even though I did not have an appointment. How many doctors would take the time and trouble to do that to reassure a patient.
