Going into the video chat with Dr Montgomery, I was very nervous, in thinking I wouldn't know what to say and wouldn't be heard; From my experience with previous nhs counsellors, however my nerves were quickly soothed, As Dr Montgomery joined the chat with a very genuine warm welcome, and was reassuring, in his friendly and understanding approach. I felt very comfortable in explaining my issues to him, in an informal way which helped bond on a human level. Overall it was very a productive chat and come out learning a lot; I would definetly recommend Dr Montgomery as he was very professional, warm and could relate on human level which means a lot.
