I found this Doctor to be a very kind,caring and pleasant person. He took the time to listen and he understood all of my concerns. He gave me honest and constructive answers to my questions and gave clear explanations of what to expect from my treatment. From the outset Dr Eichholz immediately made me feel re assured that I was going to get the best possible care. . He told me everything I needed to know in a natural relaxed way leaving time for me to ask anything giving clear concise answers. I felt I could ask Dr Eichholz anything I needed to, even if it seemed silly. He was always very thorough, giving enough information but not so much that I couldn’t understand or remember. He was always very professional and polite. I never felt as though I was just a number to him. He made a very worrying time much more bearable and I will always be grateful to him for my care and treatment.
