My consultation was via the telephone due to Covid19 but Dr Eichholz had already sent me a link to a video which greatly helped to prepare me for this conversation. Dr Eichholz was courteous and warm. He was extremely thorough and informative in what he told me and also explained the rationale for the proposed treatment. He emphasized the multidisciplinary team approach at the Churchill and the personal tailoring of the treatment. He was meticulous. I feel I am in the best of hands. I feel grateful.
