I felt I could ask Dr Eichholz anything I needed to, even if it seemed silly. He was always very thorough, giving enough information but not so much that I couldn’t understand or remember. He was always very professional and polite. I never felt as though I was just a number to him. He made a very worrying time much more bearable and I will always be grateful to him for my care and treatment.
