Dr Eichholz saw me on all but one of my appointments at the Churchill Oncology clinic and was engaged and helpful, taking care to explain the process of my treatment. On the occasion I saw a different doctor, and was concerned about having radiotherapy, he came through to talk to me about why it was recommended. He is obviously very busy but was attentive to my individual case, telling me where I could find additional information (a helpful film about the radiotherapy process at the Churchill) and what I should expect from on-going care.
