This is the second time I have come under Dr Eichholz's care and on both occasions I have found him efficient, affable and he has been able to clarify and explain the options in a manner that was comprehensible and at no point was I made to feel that I was not in control of what I wanted to do. Dr Eichholz was also happy to give me the information I needed should I decide not to go ahead with the treatment and what the consequences would be if I was to delay and what options I would have if I changed my mind. This made it much easier to come to a conclusion and I would rather not have to be back to see Dr Eichholz in the near future but I would definitely ask, as I did when I spoke to my Surgeon on this second occasion, to be referred back to Dr Eichholz should I need to be treated in the future. I wish him every success as he continues his medical career and would like to thank him, his Team and all of the NHS who have given me such a 'gold star' experience, especially during this awful year.
