I have total confidence in Dr. Banks, she listens to your concerns and is very caring. I had a problem with my ear and she even phoned the local hospital ENT Department to see what course of treatment would be best. This was done whilst I waited.
Whenever I have seen Dr. Banks she has sorted out my medical problem very efficiently.
Dr. Banks is an asset to Verney Close Surgery.
