Dr Jacques inserted my ICD. He is obviously brilliant in his field, very personable, very kind and caring and made me feel at ease throughout the whole procedure, (except when I slept through a lot of it!) His lab team were also friendly, knowledgeable and enthusiastic. Thank you all of you for making this experience comfortable for me. | couldn't have been in better hands.
